Job Summary：
The job holder is fully responsible to assist General Manager for management of whole factory operation to achieve company goal.
Responsibilities:
Build up advocated culture and organizational capability to support business growth and achieve operational efficiency.
Develop individual department targets and action plan according to company annual strategic objectives; monitor reports, KPI, finance performance measurement.
Co-ordinate with all other departments to ensure that managers and staff are follows procedures / guidelines.
Gather requirements from clients to cross-check all monitor report and KPI are effective.
Monitor order processing and execution within the departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
15 years solid experience at senior management level in R&D or manufacturing industries in which at least 5 years should be gained in sales and marketing.
Able to work independently and dynamically to ensure high quality of services being delivered.
Excellent negotiation, project management, problem solving skills and possess strong and clear vision to enhance company's market position.
