Description <p></p></P>
- Develop new and novel epitaxy process and transfer to production. May be required to work with RD labs overseas to transfer next generation epitaxy technology.<p></p></P>
-Develop next generation devices in Singapore or with our labs around the world.<p></p></P>
-Sustain and improve epitaxy growth reactors in quality, reliability, productivity, cycle time and cost reduction.<p></p></P>
-Required to troubleshoot and resolve process/machine/product related issues. <p></p></P>
-Provide device engineering design/support to internal and external customers.<p></p></P>
<p></p></P>
Qualifications <p></p></P>
-PhD/ Masters/ BEng/ BSc in Electrical/ Electronics/ Physics/ Material Science. <p></p></P>
-Strong background in semiconductor material epitaxy growth, and experience in characterization of III-V semiconductor materials and/or <p></p></P>
-Strong background in semiconductor device physics.<p></p></P>
-Good communication and analytical skills with proven leadership skills.<p></p></P>
