p偏振方向平行于入射面,s偏振方向垂直于入射面.入射面是界面法线和入射光线的波矢方向组成的平面.

<P>振动方向指的是电场方向（E）而不是磁场方向（H），滑各入射面的话，就没有P偏振和S偏振一说了。</P>

There is difference between s and p polarization in application. As an example, polarized coating is used in optical pickup unit (OPU) (GuangTou) when laser power output is an issue.
