某村长一心想干一番大事业，经过周密的调查后向上级领导送了一份计划书上面写道给长城贴上瓷砖给赤道镶上金边；给珠峰装上电梯；给太平洋围上栏杆
　　领导批示：不要好高鹜远，多干点小事、实事。
