<P ><FONT size=3>二、驱动电平转换的</FONT><FONT size=3>应用要求：把频率<FONT face="Times New Roman">10MHz</FONT>的<FONT face="Times New Roman">CMOS</FONT>电平方波不失真地把高电平提升为＋<FONT face="Times New Roman">40V</FONT>，低电平降至－<FONT face="Times New Roman">5V</FONT>，<FONT face="Times New Roman">+40V</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">-5V</FONT>电源已由电源电路产生，转换后的电平用于驱动<FONT face="Times New Roman">MOS</FONT>电路。</FONT></P>
