<P>我司开发大功率LED散热基板，专门解决ＬＥＤ散热问题．基板采用美国贝格斯（Bergqusit)铝基覆铜板(T-Clad)导热性能根据绝缘层的不同而有所区别．也有采用美国贝格斯（Bergqusit)绝缘层（ＭＰ，ＣＭＬ），国内压板的散热基板． T-Clad 具有良好的热传导性、绝缘性、机械加工性和尺寸稳定性。在封装微型化的趋势下，能使电路板内的发热组件组，达到理想热管理。（只需1/4传统的散热面积），能抵受电压而不剥脱铜层，有高导热性。</P><P> T-Clad 主要技术参数： </P><P>基本结构</P><P> 面层——铜线路层(1-10oz)；</P><P>中层——导热绝缘层(HT-3mil LTI-3mil MP-3mil) </P><P>以及金属基层（铝/铜）。 </P><P>导热系数从1.3W/m-K 到2.2W/m-K.</P>

我见过。富昌电子代理的国外的反光圈。和你照片上差不多啊。专门给流明公司LED配的。他们也卖流明公司的LED.联系电话010－64182335
