ULVAC晶控仪

<P>昭和机大多装了ULVAC的晶控仪，不知哪位大侠在使用？</P>

可能是我不太会用 , 我觉得监控好象不是很灵敏 , 用来镀铝使用 ,<p></p></P><P>但是操作蛮人性化 , SYCONSTM系列的好象较灵敏 , 用来镀Ar或IR , 但我想应该是自己装设位置及设定的问题 .</P><P> </P>
