[推荐]大功率LED散热基板

我司开发大功率LED散热基板，专门解决ＬＥＤ散热问题．基板采用美国贝格斯（Bergqusit)铝基覆铜板(T-Clad),导热性能根据绝缘层的不同而有所区别．也有采用美国贝格斯（Bergqusit)绝缘层（ＭＰ，ＣＭＬ），国内压板的散热基板．
T-Cladreg;
具有良好的热传导性、绝缘性、机械加工性和尺寸稳定性。在封装微型化的趋势下，能使电路板内的发热组件组，达到理想热管理。（只需1/4传统的散热面积），能抵受电压而不剥脱铜层，有高导热性。
T-Clad主要技术参数：基本结构
面层——铜线路层(1-10oz)；
中层——导热绝缘层(HT-3mil, LTI-3mil, MP-3mil)
以及金属基层（铝/铜）。 ...
