<P>调光液晶膜，学名为聚合物分散型液晶膜（Polymer dispersed liquid crystal film)，是一种基于液晶材料“光阀”特性的液晶薄膜。</P>
<P>该薄膜中液晶微滴在外加电场作用下，按顺序排列分布，入射光完全透过，薄膜呈无色透明态。当外加电场消失时，薄膜中的液晶微滴排列分布顺序被打乱，使入射光被散射散射，产生乳白色“毛玻璃”的效果。</P>

调光玻璃是一种智能型高档功能玻璃，通过电压通断调节阳光在直射与散射间变化，实现了玻璃的通透性和保护隐私的双重要求，即使不透明时，采光仍很好，室内光线怡和，这是目前所有窗帘都无法实现的，并且对红外线具有绝缘反射作用，使得户内冬暖夏凉，环保节能。该产品采用夹层玻璃工艺将调光膜复合在两片玻璃中制成，利用液晶的光学各向异性实现了调光膜的光电功能。
