国内可能有些研究所有这种设备，也不知道哪家有。
主要是实验室用来做小量试制和薄膜研究用的。
结构方面不是很清楚，麻雀虽小，五脏还是俱全的。

这么小的机器，在IC foundry里看到过。用来在做SEM前，溅射Au的。好像看到的是日本Hitachi的
