<P>Work as electronic engineer in sewing machine RD projects, Develop computerized electronic sewing machine with embroidery function by using broad engineering concepts and research new techniques <BR><BR>RD Main Responsibility: <BR>1.Prepare and input product documentation for software subsystem according to the project requirements <BR>2.Design, realize, integrate and test new components for sewing machines in compliance with product development process, including: <BR>1)Designing circuits <BR>2)Lay-out CPU board, define it's dimension and fixing points etc. <BR>3)In charge of cabling (harness), connectors, sensors, switches, wires, cables, LED lamps, key boards/LED, LCD displays, touch screen displays, stepper motors, drive motors (AC and DC), foot controller, transformers, embroidery unit vs. stepper motors. <BR>4)Contacting with regulatory body. <BR>3.Cooperate with external component suppliers, assist to directly contact suppliers to make prototype, initial samples, and to monitor and evaluate suppliers' process until launch <BR>4.Interface to manufacturing process in the later stage of mass-production. <BR>5.Involvement in Project management: <BR>6.Responsible for schedule estimation and final test plans and documentation <BR>7.Develop and create engineering solutions, meet project objectives considering cost, schedule and technical requirements <BR>8.Provide regular program status to management <BR>9.Identify project risks and make recommendations to minimize <BR><BR>Requirements: <BR>1.Bachelors degree or above in Electronic Engineering. <BR>2.Minimum 3-year electronic designing, engineering or related experience. <BR>3.Experience with the following technologies: Windows, motion control, PCB design, mixed-signal circuit design (all required), FPGAs (desirable). <BR>4.Experience with electronic testing. <BR>5.Experience in project management is preferred. <BR>6.Good English in reading, writing and speaking. <BR>7.A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. <BR>8.Ability to quickly learn new applications and new technologies. <BR>9.Strong analytical and organizational skills. <BR><BR>Responsibility: <BR>1.Work as electronic engineer in sewing machine projects. <BR>2.Prepare and input product documentation for electronic subsystem according to the project requirements. <BR>3.Design, realize, integrate and test new components for sewing machines in compliance with product development process. <BR>4.Cooperate with external component suppliers. <BR>5.Interface to manufacturing process. <BR>6.Responsible for schedule estimation and final test plans and documentation. <BR>7.Experience with the following technologies: internet, web services and Windows. <BR>8.Assist to contact directly suppliers to make prototype, initial samples until launch. <BR>9.Develop and create engineering solutions, meet project objectives considering cost, schedule and technical requirements. <BR>10.Develop products using broad engineering concepts and research new techniques. <BR>11.Provide regular program status to management. <BR>12.Identify project risks and make recommendations to minimize. <BR>Requirements: <BR>1.Bachelors degree or above in Electronic Engineering. <BR>2.Minimum 3-year electronic engineering experience. <BR>3.Experience with engineering software's to create detailed drawings. <BR>4.Familiar with SAP. <BR>5.Experience with electronic testing. <BR>6.Experience in project management is preferred. <BR>7.Good English in reading, writing and speaking. <BR>8.A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. <BR>9.Ability to quickly learn new applications and new technologies. <BR>10.Strong analytical and organizational skills.</P>
