<P >POSITION: RD Design Engineer <o:p></o:p></P>

<P >SCOPE OF POSITION( why does this position exist)<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >1. Research and develop the new circuit topology platform<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >2. Product line standardizationexpansion, performance promotion , cost reduction<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >SPECIFIC DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:(list day to day activities, reports, directs etc…)<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· Undertaking the developing product project and preparing the teamindividual scheme.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· Leading the team to finish the task on schedule and meet the requirements of project specification<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· Conforming the principle of design standardization and controlling the product cost throughout the developing procedure.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· Participating in the pilot run of new models, trackingsolving the processand manufactureproblems<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· Ensuring the product quality and preparing the secondary product cost reduction<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P >EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE (minimum requirements of the job, cannot be violated)<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· Bachelor degree or above, majored in electronics or relevant<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· 3~5 years working experience and preferably with electronic field, with switch power supply and Electronic Ballast experience are top-priority.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· High sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good communication skills<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· Good command of reading and written English<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· Good at engineering design software application and preferably with PSPICE, MathCAD, and other CAD software<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· Familiar with ISO9000 system<o:p></o:p></P>
<P >· Familiar with Project Management Knowledge<o:p></o:p></P>
<P ><o:p> </o:p></P>
