<p>Positiion: Senior Engineer</p><p>1. Education: Degree and above</p><p>2. Fields of study: Engineering in optics, mechanical, electrical, electrical, material science, incustrial.</p><p>3. Experience: 5 or more years as process / manufacturing engineer in an optical industrial, producing precision optics like lenses, prisms, windows and others optics.</p><p>Specific requirements:</p><p>1. Technical know-how</p><p>* Posses good hand-on skills:</p><p>- Operating modern production equipment like CNC machiery - SatisLOH, OptoTech and etc.</p><p>- Making prisms, lenses manually.</p><p>- Capable to use measuring equipment like Zygo interferometer, autocollimator, and other optical measurement too</p><p>- Design tools, jigs and fixtures for prisms, lenses and others optics using AutoCAD</p><p>- Capable to perform RFQ - Request of Quotation and bids work orders, perform process design and produce Work Process Flow Sheet for production, write up work instruction for production workers</p><p>- Capable in perform troubles shooting by using SPC, PDCA, QC tools</p><p>2. Communication skills</p><p>* Capable to communicate with English' speaking colleagues through writing and oral.</p><p>3.
