USB4000 微型光纤光谱仪
仪器介绍:USB4000是海洋光学公司的新产品,它代替了原来的USB2000 (USB2000已停产)。USB4000具有USB2000的所有功能,同时它的CCD用3648象素(USB2000的CCD是2048象素),使它具有更高的信噪比和更快的积分时间(带电子快门)。即插即用型接口--可直接插入任何台式电脑或笔记本电脑的USB接 口,也可通过串行口与台式电脑、笔记本电脑或掌上电脑相连。不需外部供电--可直接从相连的计算机获得电源。流水线启动软件--可自动读取光谱仪的校准系数。接插型模块化设计--光源和采样腔等可直接接插连接到USB4000的接口上。此型号光谱仪的设计是为了满足客户使用方便的要求,以避免光谱仪到计算机接口的麻烦。在USB4000中,A/D转换卡已安装在光谱仪的电路板上。

快速转换:USB4000与计算机通过USB接口相连,可支持光谱仪的快速转换。只要将OOIBase32光谱仪运行软件在电脑里安装好并连接好USB4000光纤光谱仪,光谱仪运行软件即可识别并读取USB4000光谱仪存储器中的专有参数,并可进行参数调整以适合每个特定的光谱仪。这样既可节省时间,又可减少设置错误。每个USB4000存储器中所储存的数据包括:波长校准系数、线性系数及对应每个光谱仪专有的序列号。

可编程的微控制器:USB4000随带一个可编程的微控制器,可以很方便的控制光谱仪和附件。微控制器带有8个与外部设备交换数据的可编程数字输入/输出接口。

串行接口的选择:USB4000也可通过RS-232串行接口与计算机相连(使用串行接口时需配备外部电源)。

Back-Thinned CCD area image sensors have high UV response, great signal-to-noise characteristics and wide dynamic range, making them especially suited for low light level applications. Because of their great native UV response, FFT-CCD detectors do not require the application of UV-sensitive coatings, which is common with standard CCD-array detectors. That’s important because batch-to-batch variation can be problematic with some UV coatings.
Introducing Maya2000-series Spectrometers
If $10,000 is a little bit out of your budget range, and if long integration times aren’t part of your application, the Maya2000 and Maya2000 Pro may fill the bill. Indeed, at introductory prices of just $4800 and $5800, respectively, Maya2000 and Maya2000 Pro offer great value and performance for most any application requiring high sensitivity, good UV response and great dynamic range.
While Maya2000 and Maya2000 Pro have similar performance for most parameters, the Maya2000 has slightly faster readout time and the Pro offers better dynamic range and signal-to-noise (see comparison tables for a specification-by-specification analysis). Fluorescence Signal
The QF600-8-VIS/NIR Fiber Optic Fluorescence Probe has a unique optical design that allows users to control the depth of sampling and to optimize the region of overlap between excitation and emission fibers. The probe uses 1 flat fiber for detection and 7 angled fibers that direct excitation energy to the region in front of the detection fiber. An adjustable window facilitates choosing the depth of overlap.
The probe works with liquids or solids.

我们软件中的积分时间是由用户自己设定。类似于照相机的快门速度:所指定的积分时间就是探测器观察入射光子的时间。由于东芝探测器的电子快门能够使用软件设定为最短为10微秒的积分时间,使您可以测量类似激光脉冲一样的瞬间发生的事件。这种性能解决了可能发生在类似如激光分析等高级应用中所产生的饱和问题。
可编程微控制器
USB4000光纤光谱仪随机附带的可编程微控制器为控制光谱仪和其组件提供了很大的灵活性。通过一个22针的连接器,你能够在软件中执行所有的操作参数:控制光源,创建进程,并获取外部设备的信息。你拥有8个用户可编程的数字输入/输出端提供与其它设备的接口。
最佳性能
USB4000光纤光谱仪使用了东芝公司的高性能3648像素的线阵CCD探测器,和一个小到足以放入手掌的光学平台。它的工作原理与海洋光学公司生产的其它光谱仪一样;它接受通过单 芯光纤传来的光,通过一个固定光栅发散后照射到线阵CCD探测器上,探测器的响应波长范围为200-1100纳米。
模块化设计
USB4000光纤光谱仪是可以用户化配置的,可选项有14种光栅,6种狭缝和成百个光学组件如:光源,探头和光纤 。
USB4000光纤光谱仪可以很容易地跟其它海洋光学的产品配套使用。多数组件都有SMA905型连接器,使你的应用更灵活,可以选择的产品有:光源、样品池、滤镜支架、流动池、光纤探头和传感器、准直透镜、衰减器、漫反射定标器件、积分球以及大量的光纤产品。

即插即用
USB4000光纤光谱仪通过USB2.0或者RS-232串口与PC、PLC或其它嵌入式控制器连接。每个光谱仪各自的数据存放在USB4000上的一个内存中。我们的光谱仪操控软件读取这些数值用于PC之间的即时交换和快速参数设置。
