关于ZEMAX中的OPD优化



请教：许多资料里都说有些设计在最后达到衍射极限时，最好再用OPD优化。请问在ZEMAX中如何用OPD方法优化？有哪些常用的操作数呢？

Right,Buddy.OPDX is Default Operand.
Enter it by the Default Merit Function tool,Not Manually.
