What do you want to know about it? I am also looking for the high reflection coating for GaAs or GaSb based laser diode. I know GaAs well, but little about the coating. The reflective index of GaAs is around 3.8. I think that’’s critical to the film design of coating.

中心波长是多少?

有谁了解砷化镓(GaAS)的特性,要给它镀膜要注意些什么问题?

中心波长1550nm,要求R98%,我试镀过,用sio2和ta2o5,第一层为ta2o5,烘烤加热230℃,还有赫尔源辅助镀膜,但膜层不牢,脱膜!!

对半导体激光器膜系计算,应该是从材料往空气入射吧,

即N0=3.5,Ns=1,对吗?
