1.Loading raw material on the mold.(Gob perform(ball). spherical lens).

2.Purging Oxgen gas by N2 gas.

3.Heating the molds and raw materials by Infrared ray lamps.

4.Pressing raw materials(Controlling press force:closed loop control)

5.Cooling down the molded lens and the molds by N2 gas.

6.Unlosding the mold lens.
