摘　　要：目的：研究超脉冲CO2激光在表浅性瘢痕治疗中的应用情况。方法选取2012年1月至2014年2月在我院就诊的表浅性瘢痕患者，在表面麻醉下，根据瘢痕增生的情况选择相应的激光能量进行治疗，根据创面颜色判断所达层次。结果本组87例患者，术后1年随访，取得了满意效果，未出现感染及瘢痕增生，3例术后1个月出现色素沉着，经适当抗色素沉着治疗后，2个月左右均明显消退。结论 CO2激光治疗表浅性瘢痕简单、安全、有效、易于接受，对治疗表浅性瘢痕有明显的效果。
Objective To study the effects of super-impulse CO2 laser in the application of superficial scar treatment.Methods From January 2012 to February 2013,we received 87 patients with superficial scar , we chose the appropriate energy level of laser under superficial anesthesia or local anesthesia .Results 87 patients were satisfied and had no infection or scar .3 patients had chromatosis one month later and it was fixed by corresponding therapy .Conclusions CO2 laser therapy is simple , safe, effective and acceptable , there is obvious effect in the treatment of superficial scar .
