摘　　要：本文主要介绍了溅射法镀膜技术在玻璃深加工中的应用，同时通过分析其他主要镀膜方法，阐述了溅射法镀膜玻璃的优势及发展趋势。
This article mainly introduces application of sputtering coating technology in glass further processing and il- lustrates the advantages and developing trend of sputtering coating glass through analysis of other coating methods.
