According to researches on nano-titanium dioxide thin film materials at home and abroad in recent years, sol- gel method, and the current preparation technology of titanium dioxide thin films and the latest research trend and the applications in and-bacterial self-cleaning were also discussed. Titanium dioxide thin-film materials have broad Application prospects in anti- bacterial self-cleaning, and so on. Finally, its development trend is prospected for the further study.
