2. Mechanical Engineer-CW
Job Responsibility:
Support the Color Wheel line production of high quality products at optimal costs
Develp and / or maintain manufacturing method systems and processes
Determine operations requirements and improve production process
Evaluate process repeatability and process validation
Assist with cost analysis , address product related issues
Recommend process layout changes
Serve as Workcell Leader of CW line in the 1st year of production
Train certify as trainers to the operators in the processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in an engineering discipline
Or equivalent along with 2-5 years experience in a Hi-tech manufacturing environment
High level of written and spoken English for Work Instructions , Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Plans development
Ability to interface with internal and external customers
Ability to interface and train production personnel
Must portrait an act of leadship and direction in a manufacturing environment
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in responsible produciton line
Knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD is preferred
Experience with Optics manufacturing is preferred
