Ｒesponsibilities:
-          Process owner for bonding, inspection and quality assurance of glass components
-          Defining income inspection & final inspection procedure for bonding glass parts(mechanical dimensiion , surface quality, surface flatness , environmental testing)
-          Ensure quality with supplier glue
-          Develop and define measurement processes for bonding
-          Instruct and supervise inspection, cleaning, glue apply and bonding process.
-          Create process documentation
-          Train & certify as trainers to the operators in the processes


Qualifications:
-          Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry or material
-          Or equivalent along with 2-5 years experience in a Hi-tech manufacturing environment
-          High level of written and spoken English for Work Instructions , Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Plans development
-          Ability to interface with internal and external customers
-          Ability to interface and train production personnel
-          Must portrait an act of leadship and direction in a manufacturing environment
-          Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in responsible produciton  line
-          Knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD is preferred
-          Experience with Optics manufacturing is preferred

Bonding Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Process owner for bonding, inspection, and cleaning of glass components with very tight tolerance specificaitons

- Defining income inspection final inspection procedure for bonding glass parts

- Ensure quality with epoxy suppliers

- Develop and define measurement processes for bonding of glass components

- Instruct and supervise inspection, cleaning, epoxy application and bonding process.

- Create process documentation for bonding and inspection processes

- Control of processes using SPC required

- Must be able to work in a team environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or higher with a major in Chemistry, Material Sciences or equivalent along with 2-5 years experience in an optical thin film manufacturing environment.

- High level of written and spoken English

- Ability to interface with internal and external customers

- Ability to interface and train production personnel

- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in responsible production line

- Hands on mechanical background helpful

- Strong computer skills needed
