招聘单位为一家美资500强企业，汽车零部件行业。

招聘的职位是：Laser Welding Process Engineer

基本要求如下：职位负责激光器在焊接方面的应用，应熟悉激光焊接工艺流程，有相关激光器维护经验（熟悉GSI的JK500/501激光器的最好），有控制方面背景。英语要好。

具体要求如下：

Key elements, duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop and improve the process and facilities for daily production ,

• Responsible to support the FTQ and machine DT reduction,

• Support the quality problem solving and Customer protecting activities as a cross function team member,

• Support the new equipment qualification and new project lunch with Phase 0-2 team,

• Trains, develops and evaluates subordinates.

Major Job Qualifications / Experience/Education (Required/Preferred):

• University degree in Welding Engineering or related field.

• At least 3 years work experience in welding process or welding equipment maintenance, laser welding knowledge is preferred,

• Control and Electrical background is necessary,

• Computer knowledge (MS Office software is requirement).

• Good communication skills of oral and written English.
