谁做C封装

图由于某些保密原因我没法上传那,我可以描述一下,就是一个氮化铝基板,两面都做了金属化镀层,在其中一面上有一个放置chip的区域。它的包装要求是每10个blue sheet放在一个塑料袋中。在基板制作中有green sheet(生片)一说,我现在只是有把它译成熟片的想法,但是找不到依据。

不理解,大概是大功率的封装呀!很不好意思,你还是在论坛上求助把!
