中的finesse怎么翻译啊~文章里好多这个词~还有F函数~不知道怎么翻译才对~麻烦各位大侠了。

finesse函数是谱线的精细度，定义为FSR/FW HM。FSR是自由光谱区，FW HM是峰值半宽度
