请教双面研磨机问题

哪位朋友做过双面研磨机工艺？能否想您请教？一般的窗口片从２．０到１．０ＭＭ研磨应该把速度和轻压，自重圈数调到多少？还有研磨液该怎么配比，用什么样的砂子会更好？

如果需要1.0的产品，我们一般是不会用2.0的玻璃来做的。最多用1.1或者1.2的坯料来加工。
当然如果数量少的话，也可以用2.0的玻璃慢慢来。速度、轻压、圈数等等需要根据不同的设备和每盘放置的工件数量来确定，也就是说根据工件与磨盘的总的接触面积而定。
研磨液的配比，给你一个参考方案：1公斤磨料+3公斤水+250克防锈剂，浓度不应小于20%。
研磨最好可以分两道，最后一道研磨用细一点的砂，对于抛光来说，可以大大提高抛光效率。

金刚砂的选择一般越细越好，但是太细了对减薄砂轮的寿命有影响。
一般国内的做法是：【粗磨】--【细磨】--【精磨】三个步骤
设备以及耗材很关键
