请教各位大虾，哪里能加工较小的光学器件（0.1mm量级）
<P></P><P>大致上的光路图如上图所示，CCD间隔0.147mm，白光分成三色光，再经窄带滤光片成像于CCD上，CCD为长线阵的，问题是是否能加工出超薄超窄的长器线，反射镜、滤光片、平行平板等，如能加工，用什么手段来装调。</P>
