用multi-configuration设计干涉仪，ZEMAX中有相应的例子，可以直接打开看。

I saw one example in non-sequential folder, called beam splitter.zmx
is non-sequential lens same as multi-configuration?
And I need to change that beam splitter and using two half-penta prism, how do I modify which surface of my prism has 50/50 Reflect/Transmission rate?

不一样。
ZEMAX里有干涉仪的例子，多重结构与non-sequential是不同的

There is a lot of examples in zemax for modeling of interferometer,
They all use MC editor,typically 2 configurations,one is the refrence optical path,the other is the measure path,see?
